Refund and Cancellation Policy

At My Quick Bookings, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth booking experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully:

1. Right to Cancel or Refuse a Booking
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking due to specific reasons mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.

2. Cancellation by My Quick Bookings
If we cancel your booking due to reasons not covered in our Cancellation and Reschedule Policy, we will refund your full booking amount.
However, in situations like natural disasters (fog, flood, earthquake), fire, strikes, riots, or any event beyond our control, we will only refund the booking amount. We’ll try our best to inform you as early as possible. Please note, our maximum liability is limited to the vehicle rental cost.

3. Alternative Vehicle Option
If we cancel due to unforeseen reasons, we will try to arrange another available vehicle for you.

  • If the new vehicle is more expensive, your booking will be confirmed only if you agree to pay the new fare.

  • If the new vehicle is cheaper, we’ll refund the difference.

4. Daily Rental Cancellations

  • If cancelled 24 hours before your scheduled pickup, 20% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • If cancelled within 24 hours, 50% of the trip cost will be charged.

  • If cancelled at the pickup time, it will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be given.

5. Hourly Rentals
No refund is provided if you cancel an hourly rental.

6. No Show Policy
If you fail to collect the vehicle within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup time, it will be marked as a No Show, and no refund will be issued.

7. Changes to Booking
You can make changes to your booking up to 3 hours before the pickup time. Any allowed changes and related charges will be based on our Cancellation and Reschedule Policy.
